Private Client Solicitor

Mitchells Roberton

Mitchells Roberton are looking to recruit an experienced solicitor into our busy and expanding Private Client Department within our long established Glasgow city centre based practice.

This role is full time and will suit someone who enjoys working as part of a busy team with a wide variety of clients and broad and diverse workload. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of three years post qualified experience working in the private client field. Your main tasks will involve dealing with a wide range of Private Client work including; administration of estates and trusts, drafting wills and powers of attorney, tax planning and adults with incapacity/guardianship administration work.

An interest and desire to gain experience in other complementary areas of Private Client work will be encouraged.

The successful individual should be confident, organised, have strong communication skills and be able to work independently on their own initiative. They will also be expected to demonstrate strong IT and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to confidently manage their own workload.
