This seminar will feature two distinguished speakers on aspects of Copyright and IP

How to help your clients keep on the right side of copyright law – from PPL to Kodi 
Colin Hulme heads up Burness Paull's dispute resolution division and is a commercial litigator handling a range of corporate and commercial disputes. He specialises in IP and technology disputes and public procurement.

Moral Rights
Professor Rajan joined the School of Law at Glasgow University in 2013 as a Professor of Intellectual Property Law. She holds a doctorate in law from the University of Oxford, and has spoken and published widely on copyright law and cultural matters. Her second book, Moral Rights: Principles, Practice and New Technology examines the impact of technology on culture, considering both opportunities and challenges generated by the digital environment, and it proposes new solutions to the legal, ethical, and creative dilemmas that are likely to arise.
