Commercial property does not always form a large part of the curriculum at degree or diploma level but it can be an important seat in a traineeship. A contract based discipline, commercial property is varied and provides a good grounding in transactional based work. Commercial property deals with a wide variety of matters including leasing, property development, planning and building regulations, environmental risk management and asset based business purchases and sales.
This seminar will offer an overview of the main types of commercial property transactions and guidance on how to navigate this interesting and diverse area of practice during your traineeship.

Caroline specialises in all aspects of commercial property work. She has experience of development work as well as wide experience in investment purchases and sales, auction work, leases (acting on behalf of tenant and landlord) and securities (both primary and secondary lenders).
