| Event Details | Speaker: Andrew Ireland (Partner, Andersons Solicitors LLP) In this seminar, Andrew Ireland, Solicitor Advocate and frequent seminar presenter on advocacy techniques will concentrate on the problems and pitfalls encountered by those appearing in court for the first time. He will look at preparation and presentation both in the context of evidentiary and non evidentiary advocacy, to include the ordinary court, motions and hearings, debates and the dreaded first proof.
