The successful candidate must have experience in carrying out commercial dispute resolution work, including good Sheriff Court experience and ideally comprising a broad spectrum of areas including contract and negligence, property disputes, insolvency, shareholder disputes and defender reparation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a flexible approach to working are essential for this role.
