Commercial Solicitor

The McKinstry Company

As part of our succession planning, we are looking to appoint a solicitor to oversee and develop our commercial property and business law offering. We have a range of business and commercial clients from Orkney to Stranraer and are one of the most prominent legal advisers in South West Scotland.

Established thirty-five years ago, we have a growing and extensive portfolio of business and commercial clients whether individuals, LLPs or incorporated bodies. The demand for quality legal support in this area is significant and we are looking to develop our offering. This full-time position will be based in our Ayr Head Office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property and business law with at least 3 years’ PQE. An attractive remuneration package is available for the successful candidate along with opportunities to progress to partnership.
