Conveyancing Paralegal

We are recruiting an experienced paralegal to join the residential conveyancing team in our Kilmacolm Office. The successful candidate will be capable of running their own case load and assisting Solicitors when required. You should be used to working within a fast-paced environment and speaking with clients regularly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing conveyancing purchases, sales, remortgages, transfer of titles and discharges.
• Running matters from beginning to completion.
• Managing client and lender needs.
• Drafting required documentation.
• Dealing with all aspects of missives
• Maintaining contact with clients throughout their transaction.
• Completing LBTT and Registration.
• Producing Fee Notes.
