Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

McClure Solicitors

We are seeking a fulltime permanent experienced residential conveyancing paralegal to join our fast paced team in its Glasgow city centre office.

On a daily basis, your role as a conveyancing paralegal will include managing your own caseload, dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, private client re-mortgage work, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in dealing with both sale and purchase transactions, ideally holding a paralegal qualification in residential conveyancing.

We are a growing firm with a modern head office in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre. We have a staff pension scheme which will contribute 4%. Excellent holiday allowance with 25 days annual leave per annum and 8 Bank holidays, birthday half day, duvet day and extra days holiday after 1 and 3 year. Monthly Friday Drinks and Dress Down Days, Paid social outings - Summer and Christmas.
