Up to date guidance in relation to criminal business in Glasgow and Strathkelvin Sheriffdom.(order no 15 of 2020)

I would be grateful if you would bring this to the attention of your members. In particular, can you draw their attention to the section headed “Pleas of Guilty in Solemn Cases”?

This formalises the procedure that has operated to facilitate pleas of guilty in solemn cases which have been administratively discharged.
