Guidance in respect of the Electronic Submission of Documents (No. 17 of 2020)

Guidance in respect of the Electronic Submission of Documents (No. 17 of 2020)

This has immediate effect and supersedes “Coronavirus – Guidance in respect of the Electronic Submission of Documents No. 16 of 2020” of 12 June 2020.

The changes of substance are to be found in paragraph 10.

By way of explanation, contrary to the information provided to the sheriffs principal in advance of the preparation of the initial guidance, the ICMS case management system can only store PDF documents (not the other formats set out in the original order). On a more positive note, documents of up to 21 MB in size (not 5 MB as previously) can be submitted. The guidance clarifies that only one PDF should be submitted in an e-mail.
