Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS)

On 1 April 2015, the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) will be created as a consequence of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. From that date SCTS will assume the responsibilities currently held by the Scottish Court Service (SCS) and the Scottish Tribunal Service (STS).
