Annual General Meeting - Thurs. 4th June 2015 at 5.30pm

Vacancies in the Offices of Dean and Vice-Dean
The Annual General Meeting of the Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow will take place on Thursday, 4th June 2015 at 5.30pm. On this date the offices of Dean and Vice-Dean will fall vacant.
In terms of the Bye-laws nominations are called for to fill these vacancies. Nominations must be signed by the member nominated (or if appropriate the practice unit) and proposed and seconded by two other members. They must be lodged with the Chief Executive at the Royal Faculty Building, 12, Nelson Mandela Place, Glasgow not less than three weeks before 4th June 2015.

Nomination of Council Members
Members are also invited to stand for election to the Council.
Although there is no period within which nominations must be received prior to the AGM, nominations would be welcome before 2nd June 2015. They should be made to the Chief Executive at the same address. There is no requirement for a proposer or seconder. If nominations exceed the places available a ballot will be held.

Reception to follow AGM
Members of the Royal Faculty are cordially invited to a drinks reception in the Faculty Hall to follow the AGM at 6pm. This is also to be a celebration of the Royal Faculty (and the TANQ Society) winning the Law Awards 2015 Training Provider of the Year.
