Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS)

On 1 April 2015, the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) will be created as a consequence of the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. From that date SCTS will assume the responsibilities currently held by the Scottish Court Service (SCS) and the Scottish Tribunal Service (STS).

More information will be available from 1 April 2015 on the website www.scotcourtstribunals.gov.uk. Tribunals’ administrative offices in Hamilton, Edinburgh and Glasgow will remain and their contact details will not change.
