Glasgow Sheriff Court - new court programme (WebEx)
Ordinary and Family procedure court from WC 13 November will now be by way of WebEx.
Guidance is given in the files attached to this post to allow solicitors to ensure that they have downloaded the WebEx app to their device and to ensure that they have the required WiFi.
WebEx hearings have also been set up for the following dates (from 08:30 to 08:45 / 13:30 – 13:45 / 16:15 – 16:30) (links for solicitors to attend below) -
The procedure for the prepping of these courts is given below and guidance is also given in the files attached to this post to allow solicitors to ensure that they have downloaded the WebEx app to their device and to ensure that they have the required WiFi.

Solicitors require to lodge with the court by email their contact details – Style interlocutor attached.

If there is a change of solicitor dealing with the case, the WebEx invite (email) can be forwarded to that solicitor. There is no need to contact the court to advise.

The court will not contact solicitors who have not lodged their email address. Email address will require to be taken from the court file.
