In this seminar Douglas Mill will cover, in an interactive manner-
     • The implications of Pagan Osborne and other major financial crashes
     • LSS v SLCC and the Government Review
     • Solicitors in the Court of Session

Douglas spent 14 years in private practice in Paisley. He was CEO of the Law Society of Scotland for 12 years and has been consulting now for 9 years - acting for c120 firms of solicitors. He is also the Former President of the International Institute of Law Association CEO's and Director of Professional Legal Practice at Glasgow Law School and has co-authored 4 management texts.

 

Booking fee: members £50; non-members £75; trainee/paralegal from member firm £15; trainee/paralegal from non-member firm £25
