Seminar Details:

Scott Manson, Advocate will provide a practical guide as to how practitioners might consider going about analysing, preparing for and conducting debates in civil cases in the modern era. What do judges really want and expect and how can practitioners provide the same in a way that assists the court whilst advancing the interests of their clients?

Scott called to the Bar in 2014 and practises with Axiom Advocates predominantly in the fields of commercial litigation, professional negligence, contentious trusts/executories and construction disputes. He is a tutor in civil litigation at the University of Glasgow and has years of experience appearing in courts and tribunals at all levels within the Scottish system.


Booking fee: members £50; non-members £75; trainee/paralegal from member firm £15; trainee/paralegal from non-member firm £25
