In this seminar (rearranged from earlier this year) Garry Borland QC will examine issues surrounding the role of the expert witness in professional negligence cases, including the report stage, meetings with the other side’s expert, and the giving of evidence.

Garry specialises in construction and professional negligence work, as well as in commercial litigation. Full biography.

Scott has a busy and wide-ranging practice with a focus on commercial contract, professional negligence, insurance and construction project litigation. Full biography.
