Seminar Details:

From the current year, all solicitors are required to complete one hour of risk management CPD. This seminar on AML is the second in a continuing series of verifiable risk management CPD seminars which the Royal Faculty will hold over the course of the year. The seminar will focus on the following -

  •   A Changing AML Landscape across the Legal Sector
  •   Government/OPBAS expectations
  •   How we are responding
  •   A Risk-Based Approach to our AML Supervision
  •   Changes to our inspection Regime

A graduate of two forensic degrees, Fraser Sinclair began his Anti Money-Laundering career in Lloyds Banking Group, starting as a back-office operations junior KYC and due diligence analyst. After progressing through to a senior Anti Money Laundering role in Commercial and Corporate Banking he went on to handle AML trade referrals, higher risk work, Quality Control of colleague work and leading on design and delivery of AML Training. Fraser joins us as AML Risk Analyst.
