Stephen Cotton is a partner in Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie LLP. He was on one of the Advisory Groups for The Scottish Law Commission’s Report on Remedies for Breach of Contract. Over the last 30 years or so, he has drafted and enforced standard form and trading B2B and B2C contracts for various household names as well as advising in publishing, procurement, sports, sponsorship and other IPR or brand contracts. He has advised numerous artists, writers and musicians.
From 2004-2014, he was Chair of The Traverse Theatre, and is currently on the Board of Cora Bisset’s Olivier winning (for “Glasgow Girls”) Pachamama Productions.
