Time:
05:30pm - 07:00pm
Speaker:
Simon Nolan (Director,Nolans Law Ltd.)
Seminar Details:

The Simple Procedure Rules have been in place for some time now and both the law and procedure are becoming settled. While reviews are ongoing into the rules, this seminar looks to both provide a guide on the current procedures and information on practices which can be of use to a practitioner in lessening the workload. The seminar will again look at how recent case law supports the view that the application of various existing principles can assist practitioners in reducing both the work involved in and the scope for uncertainty in the Simple Procedure Rules.

Simon Nolan is a director of Nolans Law Limited.
