This session will provide an overview of the process for eviction in private rented sector tenancies in light of the emergency coronavirus legislation, as well as a discussion of notable cases relating to the private rented sector from the Upper Tribunal and Court of Session over the past 12 months.

Andrew Upton is a Partner at Harper Macleod LLP and a Legal Member of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland (Housing and Property Chamber). He has advised clients on private rented sector tenancies for over a decade, and specialises in property disputes.
