Scott will consider the Inner House’s disposal of the appeal in WPH Developments v Young & Gault addressing a number of the misconceptions which have grown up around the law of prescription and the cases concerned with the same.

Scott has practised in the fields of commercial, construction project and professional negligence litigation since he called to the bar in 2014 and has appeared in a number of reported cases in these areas many of which have raised issues of prescription.

This seminar will be held in the Royal Faculty Hall.
