Our busy high street firm, which has a large client base, is seeking a senior full time conveyancing solicitor to join us to lead our conveyancing department.
The workload consists of domestic conveyancing:- purchase, sales, transfers of title and discharges of securities. The successful candidate’s role will be to oversee the department, deal with the missives, note title and carry out anti money laundering checks. There are 13 of us working in a spacious two floor office.
