Those interested in learning more about the realities of life and work as a junior at the Scottish Bar should seek to attend this informal seminar where Scott will seek to lift the lid on what can sometimes appear as a remote and daunting but always vitally important pillar of the Scottish legal system. He will answer many of the most frequently asked questions from the mechanics of admission through to the risks and challenges of managing a practice.
Scott called to the Bar in 2014 and quickly developed a busy and wide-ranging practice with a focus on commercial contract, professional negligence, insurance and construction project litigation. Chambers UK Bar lists Scott as an "up and coming" junior in the fields of commercial and real estate litigation and Legal 500 ranks Scott as a leading junior in the fields of commercial, property and construction litigation.
