The Royal Faculty's Will Search Database is a straightforward service offered to firms dealing with wills and executries. The idea being that where a firm needs to locate wills or other documents a check can be done quickly and easily across all the firms taking part in the scheme.

The scheme is free to join and participate in so please feel free to alert colleagues to the service if they are not already aware of it. All that is required to take part in the scheme is to nominate one person from your firm to act as a point of contact and provide a contact email address for that person. They will then be able to submit requests for information and also respond to any requests for information sent to the list.

To nominate a contact for the scheme or if you require further information please fill in the Mailing Lists Form.
