TANQ is very pleased to be able to put on a seminar on residential tenancies by a recognised expert in the field. 

Adrian Stalker (Westwater Advocates) – was a solicitor in private practice between 1992 and 1999. From 1999 to 2006, he was the principal solicitor for Shelter Scotland. He is also the author of the book "Evictions in Scotland" and writes a regular "Housing Law Update" column for the SCOLAG legal journal. He has also chaired the Government’s Repossession Group, the report of which led to the introduction of the new statutory code for mortgage repossessions of residential properties.

Cost: Free for trainees, solicitors (up to 2 years' PQE) and law students.
For Solicitors over 2 years PQE there is a charge of £20.
