Speaker: Tim Musson.
I am Tim Musson and I have been working in data protection since 2010. I delivered my first CPD training session on behalf of the Law Society of Scotland in 2011. I currently deliver a five day certified course on behalf of LawScot and various other training courses in data protection (see https://computerlaw.org.uk/available-courses)
In a previous life, I was for many years a lecturer in Computing at Edinburgh Napier University.
I have various qualifications relating to data protection - LLM in IT and Telecoms Law, Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT). For several years I was Convenor of LawScot's Privacy Law Committee and a member of the Technology Committee.
In August this year I moved to St Lucia with my wife and two dogs and continue to deliver online training from there. As an added bonus, anyone attending the workshop will be welcome to stay for a while afterwards to find out about life in St Lucia!!
