· Relocation of Children (Fiona Sharp)
Fiona will provide a talk on the issues which require to be considered where a client wishes to relocate with their children.
· Contact Disputes and Minutes for Contempt (Tom Quail)
Tom will provide a talk on issues which arise in relation to disputes regarding contact and residence and also will touch briefly on Minute for Contempt procedure.
· Reform of the Law on Cohabitation (Nadine Martin)
Nadine will provide a talk on the proposed reforms for the law of cohabitation as set out in the Scottish Law Commission’s report in November of last year.
· Separation Agreements (Noel Ferry)
Noel will give a talk on the drafting of Separation Agreements, what to include and what not to include.

Fiona is very well respected and has practised in family law for over twenty years. Fiona is an accredited specialist in family law by the Law Society of Scotland. She is trained in collaborative family law and is a member of the Family Law Association and Consensus.
· Tom Quail, Partner, Wright Johnston & Mackenzie LLP
Tom has practiced exclusively in family law for over twenty years. Tom is a Solicitor Advocate.
· Nadine Martin, Partner, Gibson Kerr
Nadine has significant experience in family law. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law, child law, and family mediation. She is a certified specialist in trauma informed practice.
· Noel Ferry, Weightmans
Noel specialises in family law. He is an accredited family law specialist.
