Buchanan Macleod is a long established niche debt recovery practice in Glasgow. We have a new position for an experienced civil court paralegal who can handle ordinary court commercial actions, simple procedure cases from inception including all aspects of enforcement (including Sequestrations and Liquidations). Would also consider an experienced legal secretary to support the Litigation partner.

The candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience within civil debt recovery practices and be able to work on their own account with minimum supervision although training will be given. We offer extremely flexible working hours and would be able to offer either home/ hybrid-working, for the right candidate(s). Full and/or part time hours can be considered.
