Bail agreement pro forma
Glasgow Sheriff Court has asked us to bring to members’ attention the availability of a bail agreement pro forma, which solicitors are encouraged to use where appropriate. The purpose of the pro forma is to assist with the efficient conduct of custody court business. Its use may help cases to be dealt with more expeditiously and contribute to reducing overall finishing times for the custody court.
