Stephanie is a private client solicitor with 20 years’ experience in dealing exclusively with Wills, trusts, succession & Inheritance Tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families and estate administration across Scotland and England. Stephanie also advises on Powers of Attorney, care of the elderly and adults with incapacity.
 
As well as being a current member of the Law Society of Scotland, Stephanie is also a Notary Public and a full member of STEP (The Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners), an internationally recognised association for private client professionals. Stephanie has also completed STEP diplomas in both Scottish and English Wills, Trusts and Estates as well as the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Writing.
 
Stephanie is also a member of the advisory board to the Scottish Law Commission’s project on Executry Reform.
 
Stephanie is a regular contributor to Quality FM’s “Legal Matters” program and has written two books:
1. How to Settle an Estate in Scotland – a practical guide; and
2. A Practical Guide to Administering Estates and obtaining Probate in England & Wales

Stephanie joined the RFPG council in June 2025 and is a member of both the education and charities committees.
