Sheriff Kerr chairs a quarterly Adults with Incapacity (AWI) Working Group at Glasgow Sheriff Court, bringing together Sheriffs, practitioners and court clerks to discuss matters relating to AWI practice and procedure.

The discussions and updates arising from the Working Group are likely to be of interest to those involved in AWI work and provide useful insight into developments, procedural matters and areas of practical concern within Glasgow Sheriff Court.

It has been agreed that the minutes of the Working Group's meetings will be distributed directly to practitioners via the Royal Faculty and posted here.
