About The Event

This event is brought to you by the RFPG's Trainee and Newly Qualified Committee and is aimed at Students, Trainees and NQs

In this session we will explore the role and function of written pleadings within personal injury litigation, focusing on how they define the issues in dispute, inform the opposing party of the case they must meet, and assist the court in managing proceedings effectively. We will also look at the key dos and don’ts of drafting written personal injury pleadings, including what should and should not be included, how to present material facts clearly, and how to avoid common pitfalls that can weaken a case or lead to unnecessary delay. We will also provide practical, hands-on tips and best-practice guidance to help ensure your written pleadings are clear, concise, compliant with procedural rules, and in the strongest possible shape from the outset.#
