About The Event
About the Seminar:
How we communicate can shape outcomes, relationships, and reputations. This session invites you to reflect on the challenges and nuances of cross-side communication , from the ‘keyboard warrior’ phenomenon to delays that stall progress. We’ll explore how to balance our obligations to the profession with the realities of an adversarial system, and consider how fostering respectful, effective dialogue can benefit everyone involved.
This seminar will aim primarily at those in the earlier stages of their legal career.

Christine is a seasoned learning professional, currently Learning & Development Manager at Harper Macleod LLP. She is an accredited coach, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a Fellow at the Learning & Performance Institute.
