About the Speaker - Dr Jonny Hardman (University of Edinburgh)
Dr Jonny Hardman is a Senior Lecturer in Company and Commercial Law and Director of External Relations at Edinburgh Law School. Prior to becoming an academic, he worked as a corporate finance lawyer in private practice for 10 years. His research focuses on company law, and the Scots law of debt. He is the convenor of the Society of Legal Scholars' Company Law Subject Section, and convenor of the Law Society of Scotland's Banking, Company and Insolvency Law Sub-Committee.
