An overview of diligence, practical tips to consider, recent legislative / practical changes, legislative changes in the pipeline, trends we have noticed developing over recent years, common mistakes made by solicitors. After this hour long seminer, Kenneth Gillies will welcome questions and discussions from the audience on all things relating to the enforment of court orders.

About the Speaker - Kenneth Gillies (Stirling Park):

I started working for Stirling Park in 2010 and qualified as a Sheriff Officer in 2013 and as a Messenger-at-Arms in 2016. Worked “on the road” for nine years before moving into a business development role in 2019. I have been a member of the Executive Council of the Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers (SMASO) since 2022.
