About the event
This seminar will provide a case law round up of cases relevant to family law solicitors from 2022 to February 2023.
The speaker, Karen Wylie, is a senior associate in Morton Fraser in Glasgow. An accredited family law specialist, child law specialist and mediator, she has considerable experience in resolving complex financial disputes and child law cases.
Karen has a particular interest in adoption and permanence. She has acted for many Local Authorities in child law matters including permanence orders. Karen edits the Adoption Division of Thomson Reuters Scottish Social Work Legislation and she also acts for local courts as a Curator Ad Litem and Reporting Officer in adoption and permanence cases.
Karen is the Vice Chair of the Family Law Association.
