Alistair Sloan (Optimum Advocates) - Allegations of domestic abuse in the context of section 11 proceedings
Alistair called to the Bar in 2022 after five years practising as a solicitor; he maintains a mixed civil and criminal practice at Optimum Advocates. As counsel, Alistair is regularly instructed in relation to child and family law matters, particularly actions for actions for contact/residence.
