In this session, Donald will cover the basics of presentation and preparing for a proof on employment liability. The session will also cover precognitions, experts, documents, pleadings and writing the closing speech.
About the speaker: Donald Mackay
Donald is a senior solicitor at Digby Brown's Foreign and Travel Law Department. He deals with a variety of cases arising from accidents abroad including package holiday and aviation cases. He also has experience of offshore industry and shipping cases, as well as accidents at work in Scotland. He has experience in the Sheriff Court, All-Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session. He is due to start devilling in September 2023.
