About the event

This seminar will look at significant case law developments across a range of topics within the field of employment law and consider what lies ahead in the coming year.

Giles Woolfson (Director, McGrade & Co.) 

Giles Woolfson is a director of McGrade & Co Ltd and is accredited by The Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. He advises employers and individuals on complex employment issues including whistleblowing, discrimination, restrictive covenants and TUPE. He previously sat as a fee-paid Employment Judge. He is a trained mediator and has conducted a number of workplace and employment mediations in the public and private sector. Giles provides employment law training to solicitors, advisors and employers and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
