Scottish legal firms are navigating a more diverse client base and workforce than at any previous point. Regulators across professional services are increasingly treating workplace culture as a governance and conduct issue, not simply an HR matter. Firms that build the capability to lead across difference now will be better placed - commercially and reputationally - than those that wait.
This is not a diversity awareness session. It is a leadership skills workshop, with a clear commercial case at its heart.
The workshop introduces the PRISM Lens - a structured framework for leading across difference - covering five practical skills: Perspective, Reality, Inclusive practice, Social awareness, and how to Manage difficult conversations with confidence.
