Malcolm Combe (University of Strathclyde)
Malcolm is a senior lecturer at the School of Law at the University of Strathclyde. He joined the School from the University of Aberdeen, and prior to that was a solicitor in private practice. He has a particular interest in Scots property law. He is a member of the Scottish Land Fund committee and previously acted as an external advisor to the Scottish Government’s Land Reform Review Group and Deer Working Group. He co-edited Land Reform in Scotland: History, Law and Policy and has written about many aspects of Scottish land reform and landlord and tenant law.
