This seminar is aimed at Students, Trainees and Newly Qualified Solicitors (Up to 2 years PQE) and is part of our TANQ series

This talk will provide practical assistance to solicitors involved in public inquiries in Scotland. It will cover the operation of the key provisions of the Inquiries Act 2005 and the Inquiries (Scotland) Rules 2007.
About the Speaker, Euan Bruce (Arnot Manderson Advocates):
Euan’s main areas of practice are public law and inquiries, public and corporate governance, reparations, and professional regulation. Euan has extensive experience in public inquiries at the Bar and as a solicitor. He was appointed Junior Counsel to the Scottish COVID-19 Inquiry in 2025 and appointed Junior Counsel to the Sheku Bayoh Public Inquiry in 2026.
