Sequana & Beyond: Board Duties Nearing Insolvency

This online session will provide a review the recent Supreme Court case of BTI 2014 LLC v Sequana SA, and its impact on the duties of directors as the company approaches insolvency.

Jonny was a solicitor in private practice for 10 years before starting at the Law School where he is Lecturer in International Commercial Law, His research is conducted across a broad range of commercial law (particularly rights in security) and company law (particularly the law of private companies).
