About the Speakers, Rhona McNair, Andrew Todd, Siobhan MacMaster & Caroline Bone:
Rhona McNair Dual-qualified in Scots and English law, Rhona has twenty years' experience as a commercial contracts lawyer and is Head of Legal and Compliance at Leyton UK, the UK's largest specialist innovation funding consultancy. Rhona's varied career has encompassed private practice (CMS and BCLP), in-house (EDF Energy, Scottish Water and Thermo Fisher Scientific), freelance consultancy (ScottishPower Renewables) and academia (University of Glasgow). Rhona is Joint Senior Tutor for the Commercial Awareness course on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow, where she also tutors on the Commercial Contracts, Corporate and Legal Innovation and Technology courses.
