As working life slowly settle back to the new ‘normal’ this session will look at some of the key issues that trainees need to consider during their working day. It will take a ‘whistle stop tour’ of time management, business development and networking along with team building and feedback. We will conclude with a Q&A session where  will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions ‘on behalf of a friend’.

The session will be delivered by Stephen Vallance of Harper Macleod who has taught management skills on the Diploma, as TCPD and internally at HM and is a regular contributor to the Journal.
