Speaker - Catherine Hart (Digby Brown)

Catherine is a partner at Digby Brown LLP. She has over 25 years’ experience in civil litigation, mainly in the field of reparation.  For almost half of her career, Catherine has been a Professional Support Lawyer and, along with a team, she supports colleagues in all the firm’s offices across Scotland. She is responsible for keeping colleagues up to date with significant legal developments, decisions and legislation. Catherine oversees the firm’s training programmes and is the firm’s Training Manager. Her team also deal with various aspects of risk and compliance, including data protection.

Catherine is a regular speaker at external events on a range of topics. She has a longstanding interest in mental wellbeing and is a member of the Law Society’s LawScot Wellbeing Steering group and a Lawcare Champion, promoting the work of the charity in supporting mental wellbeing across the legal community.
