About the Speaker:

Judge Susan Walker is President of Employment Tribunals (Scotland), a post she has held since 16 July 2022. She had previously been Vice-President since 1 January 2010. She sits in the Employment Tribunal and also in the Employment Appeal Tribunal. In the latter jurisdiction,  she sits in London on appeals from cases in England and Wales. She is responsible for the management of Employment Tribunals across Scotland. As President , she sits on the Tribunals Judicial Executive Board, that is responsible for the strategic direction of all reserved tribunals in the UK. She is also a member of the Reserved Tribunals’ Diversity Task Force.
