About the Speaker, Liam McMonagle:
Partner of Thorntons, Liam McMonagle is head of the Intellectual Property and Data Protection Team. Thorntons is one of Scotland’s largest full-service legal firms with many offices all around Scotland, including its most recent 2023 addition in Glasgow.
Liam is a highly experienced commercial lawyer whose practice covers corporate and commercial work with a particular focus on the technology, gambling and education sectors. His practice is a mix of advisory work, commercial transactions and dispute resolution.
