Alec Pearson is a Certified Professional Strengths and Core Energy Coach who specialises in Career and Leadership development. Alec works with a wide range of clients from young professionals to executives.
Alec taught law students, at the University of Glasgow, in the areas of leadership & professional skills development and is passionate about helping legal trainees and associates excel in their legal careers.
Alec has several coaching related qualifications and achieved Chartered Manager status with the Chartered Management Institute CMI).
